Patient information
We handle patient information only on behalf of dental practices, under a business associate agreement with each practice and as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires. Patients should direct questions about their records to their dental practice.
Text messages
We send text messages on behalf of the dental practices we serve, as described in our text messaging terms.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or text messaging opt-in data and consent, with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, other than the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
