Text messaging terms

PROGRAM: We send text messages on behalf of the dental practices we serve, to their patients and to people who call them. Messages name the practice they are sent for.
MESSAGES: Replies to calls the practice missed, and appointment reminders and confirmations.
CONSENT: You receive a reply after you call the practice, and appointment messages if you gave the practice your mobile number and agreed to receive them.
FREQUENCY: Message frequency varies.
COST: Message and data rates may apply.
OPT OUT: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out.
HELP: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@verifiedfrontoffice.com.
NOT A CONDITION: Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of receiving care or of any purchase.
CARRIERS: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
